We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of the product. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement Pieces & Shipping
If your piece is damaged in shipping, please document the damage with photos and report a claim to the carrier. Our pieces are insured for the value of the items upon shipment, to insure that if a piece is damaged during delivery you can get a refund to purchase a replacement piece. If we do not have stock of the piece you are looking to replace, please contact us via email and we will be happy to work with you on creating a similar piece if possible.
