My Story

I’m Samantha, a local potter and designer way up north here in Warroad, Minnesota. I’m a strong believer that the things you surround yourself with have a big impact on your life. We are modernizing and streamlining so much in our lives -- I believe it’s important not to lose some of those handcrafted elements that bring us joy and comfort in our everyday lives.

I always had an innate sense to create even at a very early age, but my passion for pottery started around age 13 when I finally got my hands on proper stoneware clay for the first time.  There was something about that cool, malleable clay in my hands that just connected with me. From then on, I’ve always had clay under my fingernails, and overflowing kitchen cupboards of bowls in every imaginable shape and size!
